Prices
Prices are subject to change without any notice. All prices on the Site are in Euro (EUR) currency.

This agreement is effective unless and until terminated by either you or us (the Site). You may terminate this agreement at any time. The Site also may terminate this agreement at any time and may do so immediately without notice, and accordingly deny you access to the Site. Upon any termination of this agreement by either you or the Site, you must promptly destroy all materials downloaded or otherwise obtained from this Site, as well as all copies of such materials, whether made under the terms of this agreement or otherwise.

Taxes, Duties, tariffs
The Site cannot be responsible for any additional charges such as taxes, duties, tariffs, or brokerage fees that may apply to international orders. For different country, the policy is different, hence to find out which if any of these may apply, please contact your local institutions.

To create your account, you must complete your account details in the manner described on this website (including selecting a username and password which we will use to verify your identity when you use this website or your login). You agree that you are solely responsible for any use of this website by any person using your username and password and you agree to indemnify us against any and all claims arising out of your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your username or password. While we endeavor to ensure that the content of this website is free from errors, we do not give any warranty or other assurance as to the content of material appearing on this website, its accuracy, completeness, timeliness or fitness for any particular purpose.


Return Policy

Mis-Ordered Products:
If you order wrong item by yourself, or you found it is not what you want to order (not quality problem), our return policy is not applied for you, please aware of this.

Quality Issue:
Our products do not work well once you receive it or it encounters crash in delivery causing customers fail to use it, in this situation, our return policy will be open for you.

Non-Quality Issues:
In some particular situation, our return policy can be open for you after our customer service learning your particular problem, and in this condition, we will charge you 10% handling fee.

Shipping options for return items:
When you confirm to return the items to us, please use the same currier as shipped to return it, and write the shipping address our customer service provides for you.

Refund policy

After we get your item returned to us and check if the item is in good condition, we will issue you refund according to our policy within 10 working days through bank account or PayPal, please check your PayPal account timely or contact our customer service, and we will charge you 10% handling fee.

If you have any doubt, please check with our customer service.

Returning for replacement

1. When exchange for free:
If your products encounter crash in delivery, we will exchange it for free for you and you undertake the shipping cost for your ship item back to us through the same shipping agent.

2.Mis-ordered products:
If you order a wrong item and plan to exchange for you want, then just contact our customer service for help, if we can exchange for you, you need to pay the shipping cost to us as well as return to you.

3. Physical Damaged Items:
If the item is damaged by yourself, we cannot provide exchange service for you. But you can return it for repair.

4. What you do before returning for replacement:
You need to contact our customer service to tell us your problem. What’s wrong with your item and what you want us to do for you.

5. Returning shipping options:
After confirming your items is under our policy of returning, we ask you use the same shipping agent as we use to send the item to you, to ship item back to us.

6. How we will do after receiving your return:
You need to keep in touch with us to make sure we get it. After checking the item, we will arrange a replacement for you and we will inform you when everything is done. Please remember to check your email from time to time.

Our product guarantees

Warranty: the manufacture guarantee for most of our products is one year. Before shipping out, all goods have been double verified by us. Our test engineers will check for any quality issues, including check of the basic functions of the hardware and software, the appearance, the packing, the necessary accessories and/or power adapter plug.

If you have any problems using the products, please send us a feedback and use the built-in function in the software and we will discuss the issue with you. In most cases our technical support can figure out what are your technical issues.

Lost Products: If a product gets lost in delivery, or you still haven’t got your item for a long time, please contact our customer service immediately. We will deal with this ASAP. Usually, we will provide tracking number and tracking information right after the package has been sent. If products get lost on the way and we get confirmation from the couriers, we will arrange a new delivery for you.

Repair Policy

When the product gets damaged after using it and needs repair, we will provide a repair service for you. Please contact our customer service via email.

You need to use the same shipping courier to send the item back to us, after we fix it, we will send it back to you. We will not charge you for the shipping back, but if you ask for express shipping, you will need to pay additional tax.


Cancellation Policy

You can get a full refund if you make cancellation within 7 days. Usually, we ship out package within 7 working days.

To get full refund, please send us a cancellation note via email.

If your cancellation is made after that period, please contact our customer service first, you can easily get in touch with our customer service via email or any online contact form on the Site. If customer service confirms your order have not been shipped out, you can get a full refund ASAP.

If the order is already out of shipping agent warehouse, the order cannot be canceled. If you want to cancel it, you will need to send it back after you receive the package and you have to undertake the return fee.
 

Details about Refund Policy

Refund Policy

Our policy lasts 14 working days from the purchase date.
To be eligible for a return, your product(s) should have one of the following conditions:

  • The wrong product was sent by the merchant.
  • The product is defective.

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please send your purchase back to us. We have return shipping agent warehouse. Please contact our customer service for detail return address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

We don’t offer returns (refund or exchange) in the following cases:

* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our mistake.

* Any item that is returned more than 90 working days after delivery.

* The product was damaged in shipping.

* The item was not delivered on the agreed time. (We usually complete order within 7 working days (holidays and national days are not counted), exceptions may occur if no more stock available and in case the delay is from shipping company so the customer shall coordinate with them as we don’t have any relation with any delay resulted from custom procedures or late delivery of the shipping company).

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your PayPal account or original method of payment, within a certain amount of working days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your PayPal account manager or credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Intellectual property

The entire contents of this website is protected by copyright and other laws of Bulgaria and EU. You acknowledge and agree that all copyright and other intellectual property rights that may subsist in this website including text, illustrations, photographs, video, music, sounds, layout, designs, source code, belong to us or to our licensors (together, “our intellectual property”). We value our intellectual property and will vigorously enforce those rights to the fullest extent permitted by the law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by the law, we will not be liable (in contract, tort, or otherwise) for any loss of profits, loss of data, or for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or economic damages or losses (howsoever caused) — including any personal harm of mind/body/spirit — which you may directly or indirectly suffer in connection with your use of, or inability to use, this website, or any material appearing on this website; or any action or decision taken as a result of using this website, or any material appearing on this website – even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall our total liability to you (in contract, tort, or under any other cause of action) for all damages, losses, costs and expenses suffered by you exceed the amount paid by you (if any) for accessing this website.

Governing Law:
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bulgaria.
